MDBI Hamper Basket Competition 2026

1 – The promoter of this giveaway promotion is Core Credit Union (the “Promoter”).

2 – This Competition is only sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated to Core Credit Union. You are providing your information to Core Credit Union and not to any other third-party company. The information you provide will be used for this competition only and will not be shared with any other party. Please read these short Terms and Conditions.

3 – To enter the competition the member must sign up for our Member Death Benefit Insurance. The competition has no cost, however the MDBI Program has a cost of 104 euros per year. Which is deducted from the member’s Shares Account.

4 – All members already signed up in the MDBI Program are automatically participating in the raffle, except for Core Credit Union Officers, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

5 – Only one entry per person is permitted.

6 – The competition will run from Wednesday, 9th July 2025 to Wednesday, 23rd July 2025, closing at 4:30 PM. A raffle will be held on Thursday, 24th July 2025, where three winners will be randomly selected.

7 – The three winners chosen in the raffle will each receive a Hamper Basket filled with assorted items, including chocolates and alcoholic beverages.

8 – The valid winner will be contacted by us by messenger/phone and upon acceptance of these Terms and Conditions for the promotion, the winner will be declared the official winner of the prize and will be announced on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

9 – The Promoter may use the winner’s image for purposes of advertising, promotion or publicity in any media without additional compensation and the prize winner agrees to take part in such related promotional activities as the Promoter may require.

10 – Core Credit Unions decision, including any decision as to eligibility or whether to award a prize, will be final and binding in all matters relating to the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into except with potential winners. Any derogatory comments will be immediately deleted and void to the competition.

12 – The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or consequential damage of any nature in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise caused by the acceptance of the terms and conditions or in connection with any prize.

13– DATA PROTECTION NOTICE – The Promoter will use your personal data for the purposes of the promotion, including, where relevant, sending the confirmed winners notifications to you and inclusion of your details in promotional activities if you are a winner, based on it is our legitimate interests in generating goodwill among its members and fulfilling its obligations in connection with this promotion.

15 – If you are the winner, you will have the right to object to the use of your personal data for promotional activities at any time. This will not impact on any promotional activities which are undertaken or commenced prior to your objection.
