As part of the merger transition, all Greystones members must re-register for online banking with Core Credit Union. Re-registration is available from Monday, 22nd September 2025.
Step 1: Get Your Core CU Membership Number
Your new Core Credit Union membership number is your existing Greystones Credit Union number plus 100,000.
Examples:
Old Number: 1234
→ 101234
Old Number: 1234
→ 101234

Step 2: Register for Online Banking
You can choose one of two registration paths:
A. Using the Mobile App
Download the CORE CREDIT UNION app from your app store.
On the login/register page, tap Register.
Complete the Member Registration Form, then tap Register.
Once approved, you’ll receive a PIN via SMS. This PIN is required for your first login and may be requested for certain transactions. Approvals are manual and typically completed within 24 hours.
A. Using the Mobile App
Download the CORE CREDIT UNION app from your app store.
On the login/register page, tap Register.
Complete the Member Registration Form, then tap Register.
You’ll receive a PIN by SMS once approved — keep it safe for first login and future security checks.
