Quick answers to common questions about accounts, joining, and online banking.

To join, you must live or work within our common bond area (Dublin & Wicklow). You can apply online or in any of our branches. You will need proof of identity (passport/driving license), proof of address (utility bill within last 6 months), and proof of PPS number.

You can apply for a loan online through our members portal, over the phone, or in person at any of our branches. We offer competitive rates on personal, car, home improvement, and education loans with no hidden fees or exit penalties.
To reset your online banking password, click the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the Online Banking login page, or contact our Member Services team directly at 01 272 5600. For security reasons, we will verify your identity before resetting it.

We accept a valid passport or driving license as photo ID. For proof of address, you can use a utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last 6 months.

Please contact our card services team immediately. During business hours, call 01 272 5600. Outside of business hours, please call our 24/7 emergency card line or block your card instantly through our mobile banking app.

Most of our branches are open Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 5:00pm, with selected branches open on Saturday mornings from 9:30am to 1:00pm. Check the branch locator above for individual branch hours.
